The plot reconstructs the environment, culture, friendships Pisa Leopardi, focusing on the psychological humus, emotional, social, historical and political which triggers the spark that launched the great creative period of the Pisan Cantos Recanatesi (Il Risorgimento, Silvia A).
Among the characters, in addition to Leopardi, outstanding personalities from the early nineteenth century Pisa, with particular regard to the noble women who received the Poet in their living rooms, live cultural and political renaissance. But there are, above all, the characters "real" these days, that deal with a script and open weave their experience with that of historical figures.
The interaction between present and past, as well as presenting historical settings Pisa (Museo dell'Opera del Duomo to the Palazzo Lanfranchi, from the Arno river Royal Victoria Hotel, etc..) Offers a fascinating hypothesis on the genesis of "A Silvia."
The project, managed economy of means, though, relies on the recognized expertise of Tripoli Court Cinema and aims to spread a little known page of the cultural history of Pisa, noting the feminist ferment and enhancing the scenic beauty and art of Pisa.
